Missing Tabs with AD Snap-In

Premise: I am using Windows XP SP1 on my work machine with
Administration Pack from Windows Server 2003 installed. I'm trying to
modify the properties of a user to allow Dial-In access.

On my XP machine, when I load up the MMC and use the Active Directory
Users and Computers snap-in, I do not have the "Dial In" tab. When I
move to our 2003 Server, same procedure, the tab is available. Why? Is
there a way I can get that tab to show up on my XP Machine?

Thanks!

"To remotely manage the RAS dial-in tab in Active Directory Users or
Computers or Internet Authentication Server (IAS) from a Windows
XP-based computer, use Terminal Services or Remote Desktop to access a
Windows 2000-based or Windows Server 2003-based computer. Alternatively,
log on to the console of a Windows 2000-based or Windows Server
2003-based computer to configure these settings directly. "

Sorry...missed that when I read the KB article the first time.
